Our Programs
Our services are unique from other organisations because of the diverse background of staff and management who are immigrants or refugees as well. Through multiple programs and services, we are able to empower women, consequently their whole family, towards social and financial empowennent.
So our main goal is ending gender based violence, improving women's and girls financial and economic security and prosperity through coaching, training and guiding them to success.
Driving
The course covers topics such as basic driving skills, rules of the road, novice drivers' risk assessment, impaired driving consequences, defensive driving, winter challenges and gravel road driving
Sewing
The Sewing program is designed to help Immigrant Women learn sewing to acquire the skills for their personal and professional empowerment.
Cooking
With so many food choices and meal planning options, finding a trusted source of knowledge and guidance can be over whelming. Our program works on bridging that gap.
Conversational English
Our Program fully train and equip women/ girls with great understanding of English to help them be ready for the job market with confidence.
